After attending a raw and honest wellness retreat over the weekend, I am finding a shift. This retreat provided limited outside influence and my whole broken heart available for medicine. There are not enough words to describe the ways that I am forever grateful for Michelle and Jai Dee! She has not only held a safe space for me while I heal, and grow through some personal trauma, but she has also given me support outside of the summits, and workshops.
